The best wedding photography doesn’t come at the expense of your wedding day. It should allow you to be fully present with the people you love while every detail and moment is preserved.
That’s why I offer one signature wedding experience. Instead of putting the pressure on you to choose between collections or watch the clock, we focus beforehand on creating a day that flows naturally. Allowing your photography to support the experience instead of interrupting it.
Throughout the planning process, I’ll work alongside you and your planner to build a timeline that protects space for what matters: unrushed moments together, quality time with your guests, and a celebration that proceeds as it was meant to. The result is a curated collection of photographs that captures not only how your wedding looked, but how it actually felt

Do we need to know how many hours of photography we'll need before we inquire?
Not at all. Every wedding unfolds differently, which is why I don't ask couples to choose coverage before we've had a chance to talk. Together, we'll build a photography timeline that protects the moments that matter most while giving you the freedom to fully experience the celebration you've worked so hard to create.
Do you do film photography?
Yes. Film is available as an add-on to The SJP Experience, and I also offer a dedicated film collection for couples who want their entire wedding day documented on film.
Film brings a timeless quality to a wedding gallery while blending beautifully alongside digital photography. During our conversation, we'll decide whether it's the right fit for your celebration.
We aren't naturally comfortable in front of the camera. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Most of my couples tell me the same thing.
My approach blends thoughtful direction with quiet observation. I'll step in when guidance is helpful, then step back when the moment deserves to unfold naturally. The result is a gallery that feels genuine—never overly posed or performative.
Do you photograph destination weddings?
Yes. I photograph a limited number of weddings each year throughout Colorado and destinations.
Whether your celebration takes place in the mountains, along the coast, or somewhere entirely new, my approach remains the same: arrive prepared, blend seamlessly into the weekend, and create photographs that preserve not only how your wedding looked, but how it felt.

I believe the best wedding days are collaborative. Your planner is the expert in bringing your celebration to life, and my role is to support that vision while ensuring photography fits seamlessly into the day.
Long before your wedding, we'll work together to create a thoughtful timeline that protects both the experience and the photographs, allowing the day to unfold with calm, intention, and very little interruption.
